RT35 17" Walk Behind Floor Scrubber Machine, 19000 sqft/h, with Anti-Collision Wheel

The buttons are idiot proof. Cuts closing time in half for our cafe. U really gotta sweep loose trash first or it clogs up the vacuum.

Was worried about maintenance but swapping pads is a breeze. Warehouse floor looks pro now. I just wish the handle folded completely flat.

Hotel lobby looks sleek. Rubber blade feels super durable compared to cheap brands. Pricey upfront but saves us hiring outside cleaners.

Ordered Tue, got it Fri on a pallet. Cuts BBQ joint mopping in half. Squeegee clip snapped on day 1... Ben FaceTimed a quick fix. Solid machine but heavy to lift into the truck.

The metal squeegee parts seem really sturdy. Cafeteria messes gone in seconds. The vacuum echoes pretty loud in empty rooms tho.

Since it's compact, our older staff has no trouble pushing it manually. Floor shines now! Packaging tape was an absolute nightmare to get off the box lol.

We use it during vet clinic hours and it doesnt scare the cats. Really solid machine... turning it manually in a tight hallway takes a sec tho.

Sucks flour right out of the tile grout. Snapped a hose clip, a tech overnighted a free one and walked me thru it on speaker. Drain hose is awkward.

Bolted to a pallet, no damage at all. Scrubbing sticky pub floors is fun now... crazy right? It’s just hard to rinse the dirty tank 100% clean.

Used to rent stuff but the vac on this leaves zero water behind. Muddy footprints are gone. It just turns a bit wide in super tight corners.

Gym sweat and chalk are gone. The pads they include work great on vinyl. Dries bone dry. A bit bulky for our tiny janitor closet tho.

Grease on our shop epoxy is gone! Leaves floors safe to walk on instantly. Takes kinda long to fully charge back up but cleans great.

Mopping wasted so much chemical... RT35 stretches one fill forever. Spilled wine? Gone in seconds. Good luck carrying it up stairs tho lol.

Fits in our tiny breakroom closet! RT35 handles pharmacy spills perfectly. The plastic body got scratched up day one... but it works hard.

I can clean our whole church hall on one charge. Saves my back from heavy mop buckets! Wish the dirty water tank was larger tho, gotta empty it twice.

RT35 is 15.75" wide, sneaks right between pharmacy shelves. Bye bye sticky floors! The manual is basically useless tho, just watch their youtube videos.

There were a few items that I had to fix before operating the machine. The service got from Monica was exceptional. She sent things out fedex each time. Once I got the machine running, it was amazing. I have rented large Tenant Machines and this is all that and more. It's size is perfect for a large home and cen get into bathrooms. It was easy to use, lasted over 90 minutes on a charge or 3 changes of water/waste. I just put warm water in the clean water tank and sprayed vinegar and some essential oils on the floor and scrubbed away. It kept the system clean and the water I got out of the waste was black! I absolutely love this machine. It will pay for itself in just a couple uses compared to renting.

I got this to clean the big new garage floor from the construction. I was a little worried ‘cause it’s not self-propelled, but turns out it’s no harder to push than a lawn mower—actually, once the scraper kicks in, it’s even a bit easier. The battery lasts about 25-30 minutes on the three green bars, then you’ve got four yellow bars before it hits red, so I think it’ll go over an hour total. I charge it as soon as it hits yellow to keep the battery in good shape. The cleaning works great, like the video shows—I used the middle water setting, and the vacuum sucked up every bit. Though I’d suggest the lower water setting ‘cause the middle one drains the tank pretty fast. Overall, I’m really happy with what I paid for so far—we’ll just see how long it holds up.

The machine was packaged really well, and it worked great on the first use. The charging cord could be a bit longer, but overall it’s a solid machine!
