What types of floors can the RT15 clean?
SUNMAX Floor Scrubber Machines are best for cleaning a wide range of floor surfaces, including:
- Hard Floors such as tile, ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, concrete, and vinyl;
- Sealed Wood Floors: we recommend using SUNMAX soft brushes or pads that are gentle on wood surfaces;
- Linoleum floors which are often found in commercial spaces;
- Laminate: we recommend using soft brushes or pads to avoid scratching the surface;
- Epoxy-coated floors which are commonly found in industrial settings;
- Rubber floors which are often found in gyms and sports facilities;
- Terrazzo floors made from a mix of marble chips and concrete;
- Concrete floors in warehouses, factories, and distribution centers;
- Grouted Floors.
⚠️ Attention: Add cleaning chemicals without oxidizing agents, chlorine or bromine, formaldehyde, or mineral fluxes, such as acid or alkaline cleaners.

How to Replace the RT15+ Floor Scrubber's lithium battery with a lead-acid battery?

- First, install the lead-acid battery connecting plug wire
- Install the red wire to the positive terminal (+) of the plug.
- Install the black wire to the negative terminal (-) of the plug.
- Plug wire terminals should be installed in place
- Unplug the lithium battery.
- Remove the lithium battery charging socket
- Remove the cable ties.
- Take out the lithium battery
- Replace with two new cable ties
- Install the lead-acid battery charging socket
- Install the lead-acid battery
- Note: When installing the lead-acid battery, the positive and negative terminals of the two batteries should be placed crosswise.
- Secure the battery with the cable ties
- Remove the two screws securing the connection cable
- Install the connecting and charging plugs
- Attach the red wire of the connecting and charging plugs to the positive terminal (+ or red terminal) of the battery.
- Attach the black wire of the connecting plug and the white wire of the charging plug to the negative terminal (- or blue terminal) of the battery.
- Attach the lead-acid battery cable to the positive (+ or red) and negative (- or blue) terminals of the battery.
- Align the red end of the two connecting plug wires with the red wire on the other end and plug them in.

Swapping the brush for the pad holder is a breeze. Warehouse floor looks pro now. I just wish the handle folded completely flat for storage.

The strong motor scrubs off dried cafeteria food in seconds. RT15+ feels really sturdy. The vacuum echoes pretty loud in empty rooms tho.

Sounds just like a small fan! We use it during vet clinic hours and it doesnt scare the cats. Really solid machine... turning it manually takes a sec tho.
Vacuum is crazy strong, sucks flour right out of the tile. Snapped a hose, a tech FaceTimed me to rig it temporarily & sent a free one! Drain hose is awkward.
Cordless battery power is the best. Scrubbing sticky pub floors is fun now... crazy right? It’s just hard to rinse the dirty tank 100% clean.
The vacuum is like a hurricane, leaves zero dirty water behind on tile. Muddy footprints are gone. It just turns a bit wide in super tight corners.
Gym sweat on PVC is gross. The heavy-duty brush scrubs it right off. Dries bone dry. A bit bulky to store in our tiny janitor closet tho.
Separate tanks mean u aren't spreading dirty water around the shop. Charges back up pretty fast. Takes some effort to push it over threshold bumps.

The spinning brush scrubs shop grease off instantly. Screen showed a weird error... Monica FaceTimed to reset it & mailed a free part. Leaves a lil water on sharp turns.

RT15+ is super narrow, sneaks right between pharmacy shelves. Scrubs and dries in one pass! Manual is useless tho, just look at the little digital screen.

First time I used it I set the water flow too high and had pooling issues. Took me a couple tries to dial it in. Once I figured out the right settings, it cleans our floors in about 12 minutes flat vs. 35+ minutes mopping by hand. The LCD display is actually super helpful for diagnosing any issues. Docking one star just for the learning curve.
This is a very lightweight scrubbing machine very easy to handle small water tank but good for smaller areas!
This is a quality scrubber at a reasonable price. I've ordered several for our organization. I had a faulty vacuum pump on one of our scrubbers, so I called Sunmax, and they were fantastic to work with. They sent out a new pump free of charge and it has been working great!
