U.S. Domestic Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with SUNMAX. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website for delivery within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1β3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or other carrier exceptions.Β
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer LTL Freight and Standard Ground Shipping, depending on product type and size:

3. Freight Delivery Guidelines
- Curbside delivery is standard for all freight shipments. Drivers are not required to move items indoors.
- Ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment during business hours.
- Customers must inspect the shipment upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Charges
- Machines and Equipment: Free freight shipping to 48 contiguous states.
- Accessories and Parts: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii
- Missed delivery attempts or re-delivery
- Remote, rural, or limited-access locations (e.g., islands, mountains, military bases)
- Storage fees if the delivery is delayed at the customer's request
- Redirection of shipments after dispatch
- Special handling requirements (e.g., fragile or hazardous items)
- Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order cancellation after shipment: We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before checkout to avoid unnecessary shipping and return costs. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If the customer no longer wants the item after it has been shipped, the order must go through our standard return process.
- Refusing deliveryΒ orΒ returning the package to senderΒ will be treated as a standard return.
- Shipping fees, including outbound and return shippingΒ (if applicable), are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
- AΒ restocking feeΒ may apply if the returned item is not in original condition, has signs of use, or is missing parts.
6. Backorders & Pre-orders
Items on backorder or pre-order will be shipped as soon as they are available. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
