Good Product, Excellent Company

I don't write reviews often, but this is necessary. I actually ordered both, the base and the motor for RT50 series. They arrived quickly and we were up and running in no time. But only after working with Ben from Sunmax. I'm not really familiar with floor scrubbers and thought we were missing an item. Long story-short. I made several contacts and was not very polite - at all. Ben was as patient and professional as a person could be. Never got upset and politely explained to me until I understood! I would definitely order again and learn some humility.
