The 14-inch cleaning path fits aisles as narrow as 24 inches and turns easily around fixtures and equipment.

It is generally not the right fit for open warehouses over 20,000 sq ft, outdoor surfaces, or facilities without consistent outlet access. For those, our battery-powered RT15, RT15+, or the larger RT35AC are usually a better match.

Yes. The RT15AC ships free by LTL freight to all 48 contiguous U.S. states from our California warehouse. Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, remote ZIP codes, limited-access locations (such as construction sites or military bases without a loading dock), redelivery attempts, storage fees, or address changes after dispatch.

Please use a valid street address and a phone number that's actively monitored at checkout — the freight carrier will use it to coordinate delivery.

In-stock orders are processed and handed to the freight carrier within 2 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–8 business days after pickup, depending on your destination.

Delivery timing may vary with inventory status, carrier pickup schedules, weather, and regional freight conditions. If you need a guaranteed delivery date for a project deadline, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.

The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Please respond promptly so the shipment isn't delayed in their terminal (storage fees can apply after 48 hours of unsuccessful contact).

Standard freight delivery is curbside — the driver is not required to move the RT15AC indoors or onto a loading dock. Have a hand truck or pallet jack ready, and make sure someone is available during business hours to receive and inspect the shipment. If you need liftgate service or inside delivery, let us know before shipment and we'll quote the upgrade.

Before signing the delivery receipt, walk around the pallet and inspect for any visible damage — torn shrink wrap, crushed corners, holes in the box, or anything that looks out of place.

If you see damage: note it on the delivery receipt before signing, take clear photos of the packaging and the machine, keep all packaging materials, and contact SUNMAX support within 24 hours at sales@sunmaxus.com with your order number. This protects your freight claim and lets us resolve the issue quickly.

The RT15AC comes with a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Covered (free replacement parts shipped from our U.S. warehouse): brush motor, vacuum motor, switches, wiring harness, solution and recovery tanks, squeegee assembly, handle, frame, and other non-wear components under normal commercial use.

Not covered (available for separate purchase): consumable wear items such as brushes, pads, squeegee blades, and filters; damage from misuse, neglect, modification, accidents, or operation outside specifications.
