Yes. The RT50AC corded floor scrubber is built for sealed concrete, epoxy, tile, vinyl, terrazzo, and rubber — the same hard surfaces you'll find across most warehouses, schools, gyms, and retail stores.

With a 22" scrub path and 31" squeegee, it handles both open aisles and tighter transition zones in one pass. It is not recommended for carpet, untreated wood, or outdoor surfaces.

The RT50AC is rated at 30,000 sq ft/h under continuous operation. Because it's corded, there's no charging downtime — as long as you have access to 110V outlets, you can keep running through a full shift. Real-world throughput is typically 15,000–22,000 sq ft/h once you factor in tank refills, turns, and obstacle navigation. For routes with outlets spaced more than ~40 ft apart, plan to use a heavy-duty extension cord.

Yes. The RT50AC ships pre-assembled and is ready to run in about 5 minutes — install the brush, attach the squeegee, fill the 13.2-gal solution tank, plug into a standard 110V outlet, and go. The control panel uses mechanical switches rather than a digital display, so staff with no prior scrubber experience can learn it in one walkthrough. The included manual covers daily maintenance in a single page.

The 2-year warranty covers non-wearable parts — motors, pumps, control board, housing, and electrical components. Wearable items like brushes, pads, squeegee blades, and the power cord are not covered under normal wear. Freight is free to all 48 contiguous states, shipped from our Whittier, CA warehouse with liftgate delivery included. Estimated transit is 3–8 business days depending on your zip code, and the carrier will call to schedule a delivery window since the machine arrives palletized at around 400 lbs. Yes. The RT50AC operates at 68 dBA — quieter than a typical commercial upright vacuum (~75 dBA) and roughly the level of normal conversation. It's suitable for daytime cleaning in retail floors, school hallways outside of class periods, gym lobbies, and clinic corridors. For active classrooms, exam rooms, or quiet libraries we'd still recommend scheduling cleaning during off-hours.

The RT50AC ships with everything needed to start cleaning: the machine itself, one heavy-duty scrubbing brush, one red medium pad, the 31" squeegee assembly, the 22 ft 110V power cord with three-prong plug, a standard converter, and the operation manual. You don't need to order extra parts to begin use. Replacement brushes, pads, and squeegee blades are available directly from SUNMAX when you need them.

Choose the RT50AC if your cleaning route has accessible 110V outlets and you want unlimited runtime with zero charging downtime and no battery replacement cost over time. Choose the battery-powered RT50 (lead-acid, 5-hour runtime) or RT50+ (lithium, 3.5-hour charge) if your facility is over 20,000 sq ft with limited outlet access, or if you need full mobility across multiple buildings.
